After which, you will receive a detailed 'travel draft' and the same can be revised to suit your needs. When the final plan is decided, email us your option and we will shape the plan to real booking. Periodically, you will be informed about the booking status. Tour Cost: The package cost what is offered on our website or on the travel draft will be the final amount. There will be no unpleasant surprise in the form of an extra cost. However, expenses for personal nature and tipping are not included in the company cost. |

Meet & Greet Process: As a host we will be there from the beginning of your trip until you board your flight back home. Upon arrival, a host assigned for your tour will meet you at the airport and transfer you to the hotel. Your host will help you with the check-in process and handover all documents required for the tour. Also, He / she will brief you on the tour and answer any questions you may have and will stay connected with you throughout the trip. Eventually, when your tour is over, your host will drop you to the airport to see you off. |

Tour Flexibility: We as a company believe in giving you flexibility and creating a home away from home experience. Your day to day schedules are not fixed by us and we give you full freedom in deciding your daily schedule. Your host will discuss in detail the activities and sightseeing that is possible in a destination. If you would prefer taking a break for half day, sitting by the pool side and do nothing, you may do so as well. |

Passport: Having a valid passport for travel would solely be a client's responsibility. A passport should have at least 6 months validity from the date of entry for many countries. |

Visa: One should have a VISA to enter India. It is advisable to apply few months in advance before the trip, since the process might take few weeks in some countries. Depending on the tour itinerary, kindly apply for a single entry or a double entry or a multiple entry VISA. |

Travel Insurance: We do not organize Travel Insurance. It is advisable to buy travel insurance, as it will protect you from any loss or damage during the tour. |

Vaccination and Medicines: Health wise, India is a safe county to travel. However, we generally advice guests to consult their home doctor to take Malaria shots and some medications before the trip, which will prevent them from illness and can have a safe and happy trip. |

Money Exchange: Any major currencies can be converted to Rupees either on arrival at the airports, hotels or outside in big cities and towns. For currency exchange, you would need to submit a copy of your passport. |

How much money to carry: Do not carry huge amount while travelling as you could draw when you require. Do keep money in changes to pay for small items. Do not display huge amount of money in Public as it can be unsafe and inviting problems. |

Tipping: India does not have any strict tipping rule. If you are pleased by a person's service, you may tip some amount. It is not required to tip a person every day. Do not feel pressurized to tip unless you are happy to do so. |

Shopping: We are against the policy of forced shopping or guides suggesting shops for commission. During the tour, at any occasion if you feel you are forced for shopping, we request you to bring the matter to our notice right away and necessary action will be taken immediately. |

Clothing: In the big cities western clothing are in fashion. However, during your visit to rural parts and small towns, it is advisable to wear long skirts, pants, t-shirts, long frocks and avoid deep neck or short clothes. |

Weather: From October to March, The weather is pleasant. During the day it would be warm and as the day light fades, its gets colder in the evening. From April to June – the weather would be hot and dry in North of India and Hot and humid in South of India. From July to September would be the monsoon season. |

Clothes to carry: For a trip from October to end March, it is suitable to carry some warm clothes for the evening as the weather can get very clod. For a trip from April to June, It would be apt to carry light clothes. From July to September would be the monsoon season and one would need to carry warm clothes. |

Temple Visits: India is a huge country and has numerous temples with great architecture and various traditions. Most temples do not allow westerns inside the main shrine area where rituals are performed; however one can go inside until the common area and understand the traditions followed. |

Food & Water: You can taste varieties of vegetarian and non-vegetarian food while in India. The cuisines vary from place to place and you can even participate in some cooking class. Do not eat on street side or on small stall as it can be unhygienic. Water, only drink bottled water. Do not drink if the bottled is not sealed. |

Travel Security in India: India is quite a safe country to travel. All airports, train stations, hotels and major places have thorough checking. Otherwise, it is advisable to keep your things safe and confidential from strangers. Do not discuss your holiday plans with an unknown person. Avoid carrying large sum of money on your travel and do not give a clue about it to an unknown person. |

Night Train Travel: Indian trains and train stations are always crowded and unclean. You may notice cockroaches and rats inside the cabin sometimes. Also, train delays are usually high and for uncertain long hours. Hence, we do not suggest night train journey as this can spoil the whole holiday experience. |
