Delhi (2 nights) – Amritsar (2 nights) – Chandigarh (1 night) – Rishikesh (3 nights) - Delhi (1 night) – 9 nights & 10 days

Delhi (Day 1 & 2): Land in Delhi.
Your host will be present at the airport to receive you and transfer you to the hotel. After check-in formalities, you will receive the 'Travel document file' which will have all tickets required for the tour. Your Host will brief you on the trip and answer any questions that you may have. When you are ready to see the sights / do activities, you will be escorted around for the same.

Activities & sightseeing:
Historical sites & museums: Qutab minar, Humayuns Tomb, Jama Masjid, Red fort, Jantar Mantar, Gandhi Memorial at Raj Ghat, Indira Gandhi Memorial Museum, India Gate, Parliament Street, the National Museum, Nehru Memorial Museum.
Gardens: Lodhi Gardens, Mughal garden, Charbagh.
Temples: Birla temple, lotus temple, Laxminarayan Temple, ISKCON Temple, Digambar Jain Mandir.
Markets: Dilli Haat , Chandini Chowk, Janpath and Tibetan Market, Khan Market, Paharganj, Lajpat Nagar market.
Activities: Delhi Metro train rides, rickshaw ride.

Amritsar (Day 3 & 4): Internal flight from Delhi to Amritsar (1 hour, 30 mins).
You will be transferred to your hotel. Once you have relaxed and are ready for the city tour, the guide assigned will escort you around the place.

Activities & sightseeing:
Temples and sights: Visit the beautiful Golden Temple, Jallianwalla Bagh (a historical sight),Ram Bagh Museum, Sikh Museum, Wagah border to see the ceremonial exchange of flags, Sri Durgiana Temple.
Activities: Walk through the market, explore the nearby village.

Chandigarh (Day 5): Drive from Amritsar to Chandigarh (approx. 5 hours )
Drive through the picturesque Punjab to reach Chandigarh, one of the well-planned cities of India. Freshen yourself and when you are ready, guide will take your around the place.

Activities & sightseeing:
Sights:Nek Chand Fantasy Rock Garden, Government Museum and Art Gallery, Le corbusier center, Chandigarh Architecture museum, Government museum, Garden of Frangrance, visit to Sukhan lake.

Rishikesh (Day 6, 7 & 8): Drive from Chandigarh to Rishikesh (approx. 6 hours, 30 mins )
Arrive in Rishikesh which lies in the lap of Himalayas. Un-wind in the hills and observe the temple culture during your sightseeing of the place.

Activities & sightseeing:
Temples & Sights: visit the Laxman Jhoola, Participate in evening Aarati, Vashista Gufa, Visit Haridwar, Kunjipuri and Deoprayag temples, visit Ashrams and panoramic views of the hills.

Delhi (Day 9): Drive from Rishikesh to Haridwar (1 hour), Day train journey to Delhi (approx. 4 hours).

Explore the birth place of River Ganges and admire the temple rituals performed by devotees in Haridwar. After which experience a day train journey to Delhi. You will be transferred to your hotel. Finish your last moment shopping / sightseeing in Delhi and Relax at your hotel. When it is time for your International flight, your Host will escort you to the airport to see you off.
