Step 1:
After you contact us via email or by filling our form under ‘Plan your trip’, one of our travel advisors will contact you via phone or email to understand your travel details better. As per the interaction that goes between the travel advisor and you, he or she will frame a suitable itinerary with charming hotels and travel requirements. Accordingly you will receive a ‘Travel draft’ with all the details of your tour. If all suits your thoughts, you could move to the next level of confirming the tour with us or if you require changes, let your travel advisor know the same and changes will be accommodated.

Step 2:
When you are ready to book, let know your travel advisor know the same. You will then receive a travel bill and final copy of your Travel Draft. For payment option, you could choosecredit card payment or a bank transfer to our account. The initial payment to guarantee the booking will be 25% of the trip cost and 75% one month before the trip. Once we have received your payments, we will send you a receipt of payment. Periodically, you will receive updates on your trip aspects status and we will send you the airline e-tickets and hotel vouchers by email.

Step 3:
From our first interaction as you step on to the Indian soil until you board your home-bound flight, we will ensure all trip aspects are well taken care by us. Your host will be at the airport to receive and eventually will drop you to the airport to see you off.
